Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
  4. Coat the chicken thighs in half of the prepared sauce, then place them in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining sauce evenly over the chicken.
  6. Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes, basting halfway with the juices.
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving over rice.
