  • 2 cups Cold Water Dilutes the peach mixture.

  • 1 cup Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed) Adds bright acidity.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing and chopping the fresh peaches, removing the pits but leaving the skin intact.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped peaches with cold water and sugar. Heat until boiling, then simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Allow the peach mixture to cool for about 10 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  4. Stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice and additional cold water. Mix well and serve over ice, garnished with mint and peach slices if desired.
