  4. Spread the filling over the chicken and roll tightly, securing with toothpicks.
  5. Sear rolls in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. After searing, add chicken broth and white wine around the rolls.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the rolls rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with pan juices.
