  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour can use gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips can use dark or white chocolate chips

  • 1 Heart-Shaped Cookie Cutter

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Combine melted butter with granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes and check for doneness.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Cut into heart shapes using the cookie cutter.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
