- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out one sheet of cold puff pastry and layer it with cheese followed by deli ham. Top with a second sheet.
- Slice the layered pastry into 1-inch wide strips.
- Fold each strip back and forth like an accordion onto a wooden skewer.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley for the glaze. Brush each tree before baking.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
- Let cool for a minute before serving warm.
