  2. Combine instant coffee granules with warm water in a small bowl and stir until dissolved, then fold it into the chia mixture.
  3. In another bowl, mix cocoa powder with almond milk to create a smooth paste, then fold in half of the chia mixture.
  4. Layer the plain chia mixture and cocoa mixture alternately in serving glasses until filled.
