- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of melted unsalted butter with 1 ½ cups of light brown sugar. Mix until smooth, then add 2 large eggs, 2 tablespoons of molasses, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until silky.
