  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Pure vanilla is ideal.
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream Whipped to stiff peaks.
For the Topping
  • 4 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate Melted.
  • 4 ounces Milk chocolate Melted.
  • 6 pieces Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Chopped.
  • ½ cup Mini chocolate chips Dark chocolate chips can be used.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Combine with ½ cup melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat 16 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until fluffy.
  3. Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into peanut butter mixture gently to combine.
  4. Spread half of the peanut butter filling over the crust. Melt 4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate and pour over the first layer.
  5. Pour the remaining peanut butter filling on top and smooth out. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Melt 4 ounces of milk chocolate and pour over the top. Sprinkle with chopped Reese’s and mini chocolate chips.
  7. Chill for another 30 minutes. Slice and serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.
