Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the green cabbage and slice it into 6-8 thick wedges.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Place the cabbage wedges cut-side down into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Flip the wedges to face up, dot with butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crisp.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving, drizzle with any remaining butter.
