- Prepare your serving dishes, either shallow bowls or a large platter. Rinse the fresh arugula under cold water and fill the bottom of your dishes generously.
- Wash and slice your cherry tomatoes; some can remain whole while others should be halved. Scatter these atop the arugula.
- Gently place a ball of burrata onto the center of the arugula bed. Make sure the burrata is fresh and at room temperature.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt and black pepper over the salad, focusing on the burrata.
- Drizzle high-quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad, allowing the dressing to cascade over the greens and cheese.
- Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them on top. Serve your salad immediately.
