Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Transfer the shaggy dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 4 to 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

  5. Gently punch down the dough, divide it in half, and shape each piece into a loaf. Place them in greased loaf pans.
