  • 1/2 cup Milk use any milk or dairy-free alternatives

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar until well blended. Set aside.

  3. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, using a spatula to gently fold them together.
  4. Allow the batter to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Preheat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat, lightly greasing the surface.
  6. Pour rounds of batter onto the preheated griddle, cooking for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
  7. Flip each pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
