Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken with the mixture and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing into strips.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
  4. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, typically 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse briefly under cold water.
  5. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.
  6. Divide noodles in bowls, pour broth over top, arrange chicken slices, drizzle with garlic sauce, and garnish with green onions and chili oil.
