- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and drizzle with olive oil on both sides.

- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and honey (if using) until smooth.
- Rinse, dry and chop the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread the ricotta mixture generously over each toasted bread slice.
- Top the ricotta with the chopped strawberries in an even layer.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the topped bruschetta.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil just before serving and enjoy immediately.
