  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh strawberries are best
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil extra-virgin olive oil recommended

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil add just before serving
For the Finish
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze can use balsamic reduction for extra flavor

Method
 

Instructions for Strawberry Ricotta Bruschetta
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and drizzle with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and honey (if using) until smooth.
  5. Rinse, dry and chop the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Spread the ricotta mixture generously over each toasted bread slice.
  7. Top the ricotta with the chopped strawberries in an even layer.
  8. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the topped bruschetta.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh basil just before serving and enjoy immediately.
