Ingredients
  

For the Broth
  • 1 can Coconut Milk or almond milk for a lighter option
  • 2 tablespoons Red Curry Paste adjust based on heat preference
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium for healthier option
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar best for authenticity
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Sugar maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil olive oil can be used in a pinch
For the Aromatics
  • 2 cloves Garlic fresh garlic preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger or ground ginger in less quantity
For the Dumplings and Veggies
  • 1 package Dumplings any variety, preferably frozen
  • 2 cups Bok Choy or baby spinach/kale as substitute
  • 1 medium Zucchini can swap with seasonal vegetables
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional
  • 2 tablespoons Sliced Green Onions enhances flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro optional, for freshness
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Crisp Oil optional for extra kick

Method
 

Dumpling Bake Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a 12 x 8 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in the baking dish. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Grate fresh garlic and ginger into the curry mixture and stir in.
  4. Optionally, stir in ¼ cup of water for a brothier consistency.
  5. Chop bok choy and slice zucchini, then mix them into the curry base.
  6. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer atop the vegetable mixture, pressing them into the broth.
  7. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until bubbly and crispy on top.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and fresh cilantro. Serve over jasmine rice or noodles.
