Dumpling Bake Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a 12 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Combine coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in the baking dish. Whisk until smooth.
- Grate fresh garlic and ginger into the curry mixture and stir in.
- Optionally, stir in ¼ cup of water for a brothier consistency.
- Chop bok choy and slice zucchini, then mix them into the curry base.
- Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer atop the vegetable mixture, pressing them into the broth.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until bubbly and crispy on top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and fresh cilantro. Serve over jasmine rice or noodles.
