Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Mix until fully combined.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop portions and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of the spoon, then bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
