  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
For the Crunch
  • 1 medium Red Onion Slice thinly; soak in cold water to reduce sharpness.

  • 100 grams Feta Cheese Crumbled, or substitute goat cheese.
For the Freshness
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley Chopped.

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine well-rinsed canned chickpeas and black beans. Toss gently to create a base.

  3. Pour the dressing over the beans and gently toss to coat without mashing them.
