- Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan.
- Step 2: Combine Wet Ingredients - In a large bowl, mix grated carrots, eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
