Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 squares. Place them into the greased muffin tin.
  3. Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie cubes in each cup.
  5. If using, sprinkle candied pecans on top.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
