Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of egg-shaped silicone molds with the melted white chocolate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until fluffy (3-5 minutes).
  4. Fold in the strawberry jam, freeze-dried strawberries, and crushed biscuits gently.
  5. Once chocolate has set, fill the molds with the creamy filling just above the edge.
  6. Press the other halves of the molds onto the filled halves and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Remove from molds, drizzle with melted pink chocolate, and garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
