- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Coat the inside of egg-shaped silicone molds with the melted white chocolate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Fold in the strawberry jam, freeze-dried strawberries, and crushed biscuits gently.
- Once chocolate has set, fill the molds with the creamy filling just above the edge.
- Press the other halves of the molds onto the filled halves and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from molds, drizzle with melted pink chocolate, and garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
