- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until well blended and smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice cherry tomatoes, chop cucumbers, and finely dice red onion. Add these to the bowl with the dressing along with black and green olives.
