Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until well blended and smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Slice cherry tomatoes, chop cucumbers, and finely dice red onion. Add these to the bowl with the dressing along with black and green olives.
  4. Once cooled, add the spaghetti to the vegetable mixture and gently toss until well combined. Stir in the crumbled feta cheese.
