Method
 

Making the Kebabs
  1. In a food processor, combine quartered onion and fresh parsley. Pulse until finely chopped and well-mixed. Set the mixture aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef with the chopped onion and parsley mixture, alongside the salt, black pepper, Seven Spice Blend, and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Mold the mixture around skewers, forming portions approximately 1 to 1.5 inches thick. Aim for 8-10 skewers.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Brush grates with a light coat of oil.
  5. Place the skewers on the hot grill, cooking for about 4 minutes on each side until juicy and charred. Check for doneness.
  6. Remove the Kafta Kebabs from the grill and serve immediately with fresh pita bread, dips, and salads.
