  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce, Chopped Any leafy green can be used.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved Diced bell peppers work too.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Pepper Jack) Use your favorite cheese variety.
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, Thinly Sliced Can omit or replace with chives.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Season to your liking.
  • 1 Avocado Slices Optional garnish.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine your shredded cooked chicken with honey BBQ sauce. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.

  3. Lay out your tortillas and distribute lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and red onion. Top with grilled chicken mixture.
