For Thickening
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch or Flour Cornstarch is gluten-free.

Step-by-Step Instructions for CROCKPOT PEPPER STEAK
  1. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and place in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips, layering them atop the beef.
  3. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, beef broth, bouillon cubes, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt, then stir until the bouillon is dissolved.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
  6. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch or flour with water, then stir into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve the Crockpot Pepper Steak over rice or noodles.
