- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes).
- Add olive oil to the skillet, sauté minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach, sauté for 2 minutes until wilted.
- Add crab meat and seasonings, cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with crab mixture and crumbled bacon until well blended.
- Prepare cleaned mushroom caps by wiping off dirt and removing stems if needed.
- Fill each mushroom cap with about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of crab filling.
- Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over each filled mushroom cap.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
