  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach Chopped or whole
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin recommended
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet, sauté minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add fresh spinach, sauté for 2 minutes until wilted.
  5. Add crab meat and seasonings, cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed.
  6. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with crab mixture and crumbled bacon until well blended.
  7. Prepare cleaned mushroom caps by wiping off dirt and removing stems if needed.
  8. Fill each mushroom cap with about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of crab filling.
  9. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over each filled mushroom cap.
  10. Place stuffed mushrooms on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
