Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a Jelly Roll pan by spraying it with cooking spray and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with 6 eggs, 1/2 cup water, and 1 cup vegetable oil. Mix until just combined, ensuring no lumps.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely in the pan.
- Carefully lift the brownies from the pan using the parchment paper and cut out heart shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Place the heart-shaped brownies in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt 1 1/2 cups of dark chocolate wafers in a small bowl in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each frozen brownie heart into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place on a cooling rack.
- Immediately sprinkle your favorite heart sprinkles on the melted chocolate before it sets.
- Place the brownies in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
- Store your Chocolate Dipped Brownie Hearts in a sealed container until ready to serve.

Notes
For a smooth coat, dip just one side of the brownie heart into the melted chocolate. Add heart sprinkles immediately after dipping while the chocolate is still wet.
