Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place the fully thawed baby octopus in your pressure cooker, cover with water, lock the lid, and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the dried baby octopus and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  3. Lower the heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, and cook until the garlic is pale golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle lime juice over the octopus, stirring well to combine.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley or cilantro. Arrange grape tomatoes or vegetables for presentation.
