  • 1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
  • 4 pieces Radishes (optional, sliced)
  • 1 large Avocado (diced)
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Can substitute with agave syrup
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt To taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint (finely chopped)
Optional Garnish
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Edible Flowers

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the melons by cutting the watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe into uniform 1-inch cubes. Aim for around 2 cups of each melon variety.
  2. Chop the cucumber, strawberries, radishes, and avocado into similar-sized pieces and add to the mixing bowl with the melons.
  3. Assemble the salad by arranging the mixture on a serving platter, creating a visual mosaic and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and sea salt until combined, then fold in chopped mint.
  5. Dress the salad by drizzling the Mint Honey Lime dressing over it or serve it on the side.
  6. Garnish with blackberries and edible flowers for a beautiful presentation before serving.
