- Prepare the melons by cutting the watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe into uniform 1-inch cubes. Aim for around 2 cups of each melon variety.
- Chop the cucumber, strawberries, radishes, and avocado into similar-sized pieces and add to the mixing bowl with the melons.

- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and sea salt until combined, then fold in chopped mint.
- Dress the salad by drizzling the Mint Honey Lime dressing over it or serve it on the side.
