  2. Add the bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs to the marinade, making sure each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat your grill to medium-high.
