Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the Lean Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and transfer to crockpot.
  2. Combine marinara sauce, beef broth, chopped yellow onion, and diced green bell pepper in the crockpot. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and stir well.
  3. Add uncooked rotini pasta to the mixture and layer half of the turkey pepperoni on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Stir gently halfway through to prevent sticking.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top along with remaining turkey pepperoni. Cover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Let the dish sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to settle.
