- Finely chop 2 cups of fresh spinach and set aside. Ensure 1 cup of cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop portions of the mixture onto the sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden brown and centers are bubbly.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
