Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop 2 cups of fresh spinach and set aside. Ensure 1 cup of cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop portions of the mixture onto the sheet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden brown and centers are bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
