Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese and season it with dried oregano, black pepper, and optional chili flakes. Mix gently until well-combined.
  3. Take two sheets of phyllo pastry, brush each with melted butter, and layer them to enhance texture.
  4. At one end of the phyllo, spoon a portion of the feta mixture, leaving space at the edges.
  5. Fold the sides of the phyllo over the filling, then roll tightly from the filled end.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with more melted butter, and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, keeping an eye on them during the last few minutes.
  8. Combine honey and chili oil in a small pan over low heat until warmed through.

Notes
