  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, flour, and salt until smooth, adding peanut butter for flavor.
  4. Dredge chicken in egg wash, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F in a large pot, fry chicken pieces in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Slice chicken into strips, drizzle with peanut sauce, and serve.
