Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture.
  4. Blend cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture over one side of each chicken breast.
  6. Wrap the chicken with slices of bacon tightly.
  7. Secure the wraps with toothpicks if necessary.
  8. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  9. Sear the chicken wraps seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until bacon is golden.
