Chicken

Seasoning

Method
 

Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  2. Set the sauce aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Chicken Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk with flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Whisk until smooth to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken, ensuring it is thoroughly coated, and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Coating & Frying
  1. Coat the marinated chicken in the panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 365°F.
  3. Fry the coated chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Drain excess oil on paper towels and toss in Bang Bang Sauce.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
