- Cut your trimmed Brussels sprouts in half.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, sriracha, grated ginger, minced garlic, and rice vinegar for the glaze.
- Drizzle the sauce over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
- Return the sprouts to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
