Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut your trimmed Brussels sprouts in half.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway.
  5. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, sriracha, grated ginger, minced garlic, and rice vinegar for the glaze.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
  7. Return the sprouts to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
