  • 1-2 cups Ice Cubes Omit if using frozen strawberries
  • 1 pinch Cardamom Optional for flavor

Preparation Steps
  1. In a blender, combine about 1 cup of fresh, hulled strawberries with 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Blend on medium speed for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Check the sweetness of the mixture. If needed, add a tablespoon of honey and blend again for another 10-15 seconds.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend on high for an additional 20-30 seconds until frothy and smooth.
  4. Pour the lassi into tall glasses, sprinkling a pinch of cardamom on top if desired.
  5. Serve immediately for optimal flavor and texture.
