Step-by-Step Instructions for Marry Me Chicken Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions, 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and reserve a splash of pasta water.
  2. Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked. Keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
