Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half. Press each triangle into the cups of the muffin tin.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each prepared dough cup, then add another teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle chopped pecans or orange zest over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes, until the crescent dough is golden brown.
