  • 1 medium Cucumber Slices Thinly slice for garnish.

Method
 

Garnish Prep
  1. Thinly slice half of your cucumber into rounds and place them in a bowl of ice-cold water for 10–15 minutes.
Cucumber Prep
  1. Peel the remaining cucumber and cut it into small cubes, aiming for about 1 cup.
Blending
  1. In a powerful blender, combine cubed cucumber, mint leaves, sweetener, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
Straining
  1. Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher. Discard any pulp left behind.
Mixing
  1. Pour the strained juice back into the blender, add lime juice and black salt, then blend briefly with 2 cups of water.
Serving
  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes, add cucumber slices, and pour Cucumber Mint Cooler over the ice, garnishing with lime rings and mint leaves.
