Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chorizo, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well and shape into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in a single layer and cook until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic for 4-5 minutes until soft.
  4. Pour in diced tomatoes and black beans, stirring to combine. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Return meatballs to the skillet, lower heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
