Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it.
  2. Combine the ground beef, chopped cooked bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and egg in a large mixing bowl, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and form it into a loaf shape about 2 inches high.
  4. Spread a generous layer of ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 to 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
