Method
 

Cortisol Tea Preparation
  1. Start by boiling approximately 2 cups of water in a stovetop kettle. Bring the water to a rolling boil, which typically takes about 5 minutes.
  2. While the water is boiling, add 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha and 1 teaspoon of ground ginger to the mug. Slice the lemon in half and extract the juice.
  3. Once the water reaches a boil, carefully pour it over the dry ingredients in your mug.
  4. Using a spoon, stir the mixture well and let the tea steep for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. After steeping, taste the tea. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness, and stir again to mix fully.
