Step-by-Step Instructions for Croissant Muffin
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a standard muffin pan or line with paper liners.
- Roll out two sheets of thawed puff pastry to a rectangle approximately ¼ inch thick.
- Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl and set aside 4 tablespoons for later.
- Spread softened butter evenly on the pastry sheets and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
