Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and crush the graham crackers until fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press firmly into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Chill in the fridge.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then gradually add sugar and bubblegum extract until fluffy.
  4. In another bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Dissolve gelatin in warm water and mix into the cream cheese filling until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top, then cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  7. After chilling, cut into squares, garnish if desired, and serve cold.
