Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and crush the graham crackers until fine crumbs.
- Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press firmly into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Chill in the fridge.
- Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then gradually add sugar and bubblegum extract until fluffy.
- In another bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water and mix into the cream cheese filling until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top, then cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- After chilling, cut into squares, garnish if desired, and serve cold.
