- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the marinated tofu on a lined sheet for 20 minutes.
- Make the glaze by mixing brown sugar and spicy brown mustard, then heat until dissolved.
- Glaze the tofu and bake again for an additional 10 minutes, then glaze once more and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let the tofu rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
