- Begin by thoroughly washing 4 cups of mixed salad greens under cold water, then spin dry in a salad spinner. In a large bowl, toss together the cleaned greens.
- Incorporate 1 cup of sliced strawberries, 1 segmented orange, and ½ cup of thinly sliced cucumber into the bowl with the greens. Gently toss.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup until emulsified.
