Preparation
- Begin by washing and drying your selected greens. In a large bowl or on a serving platter, place a generous layer of these vibrant greens.
- Peel and segment the clementines, then distribute them evenly over the greens. Thinly slice the mini cucumbers, avocado, and white onion, placing them artfully on top of the salad.
- Drizzle 2–3 tablespoons of the Honey White Balsamic Dressing over the salad and gently toss the ingredients together.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and salted pistachios generously over the top of the salad. Season with freshly cracked black pepper.

Notes
Store leftover salad in an airtight container for up to 1 day with dressing kept separate. Not recommended to freeze due to the delicate nature of the ingredients.
