Method
 

Steps to Make the Salad
  1. Rinse the blueberries under cool running water. Pat dry with a towel and set aside.
  2. Wash and slice the peaches into wedges or bite-sized pieces and add to a large mixing bowl with blueberries.
  3. Crumble feta cheese over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. Wash and dry the mixed greens, then add them to the bowl, mixing gently.
  5. Chop the red onion finely and sprinkle over the salad.
  6. Chop the walnuts and scatter them over the salad.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
  8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat every ingredient.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or chill for up to an hour before serving.
