Preparation Steps
  1. In a large jar, combine coarsely ground coffee with cold water in a 1:4 ratio. Stir gently to mix, cover tightly, and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  2. Take a separate bowl and add fresh blackberries, sage leaves, and maple syrup. Muddle the mixture until the berries release their juices, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Strain the cold brew using a fine mesh strainer, pouring it into a clean pitcher.
  4. Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes, divide the muddled mixture equally, and pour the cold brew over it.
  5. Heat barista oat milk over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Mix in maple syrup and froth the mixture until creamy.
  6. Spoon the frothy oat milk over each glass and garnish with sage leaves and blackberries.
