Preparation Steps
- In a large jar, combine coarsely ground coffee with cold water in a 1:4 ratio. Stir gently to mix, cover tightly, and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Take a separate bowl and add fresh blackberries, sage leaves, and maple syrup. Muddle the mixture until the berries release their juices, about 1-2 minutes.
- Strain the cold brew using a fine mesh strainer, pouring it into a clean pitcher.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes, divide the muddled mixture equally, and pour the cold brew over it.
- Heat barista oat milk over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Mix in maple syrup and froth the mixture until creamy.
- Spoon the frothy oat milk over each glass and garnish with sage leaves and blackberries.
